PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss has questioned whether Rahul Gandhi and Priyanka Gandhi can strengthen the Congress party.
In remarks reported by Dinamalar, Anbumani said Rahul Gandhi has already become a “closed chapter” and alleged that people are no longer paying attention to him.
He also criticised Rahul’s style of politics, describing it as protest-driven and aimed at creating publicity.
On Priyanka Gandhi, Anbumani claimed she is trying to project herself in the style of her grandmother Indira Gandhi, but said there is “no response” from the public.
The comments come amid continuing debate over Congress leadership and its efforts to rebuild the party.
