Riyadh: The Indian Embassy in Saudi Arabia has issued an advisory asking Indian nationals in the Kingdom to remain cautious in view of the prevailing situation.

The advisory follows reports of attacks by Houthi rebels targeting airports in Saudi Arabia, which have heightened tensions in the region.

The embassy urged Indians to stay vigilant, remain indoors when necessary, and strictly follow instructions issued by local authorities through official channels. It also asked community members to avoid sharing or circulating videos or news related to the situation.

The Embassy in Riyadh and the Consulate in Jeddah said they will provide further updates and guidance as required. A 24-hour toll-free emergency helpline, 8002471234, remains operational, and Indians were asked to follow the mission’s official social media pages for updates.
