Congress MP Rahul is travelling across the country to meet and interact with students under the banner of “Students’ Voice”. As part of the initiative, an interaction programme with students has been arranged at Chennai’s Theevu Thidal on Friday evening.
Rahul reached Chennai by flight from Delhi ahead of the event, according to reports.
After arriving, he visited Chief Minister Vijay’s residence in Neelangarai. The two leaders held discussions on the next phase of steps for their alliance.
Later, Chief Minister Vijay and Rahul left together in the same car. Vijay hosted Rahul for a meal at a hotel in Palavakkam said to be owned by cricketer MS Dhoni.
