PMK leader Anbumani Ramadoss has launched a sharp attack on Tamil Nadu Chief Minister M.K. Stalin, remarking that Stalin does not possess the political acumen and learning instinct associated with his father, former CM M. Karunanidhi.
In his remarks, Anbumani also referred to poet Vairamuthu’s recent comments about his future plans, suggesting that the public should “wait and see” how things unfold.
He further observed that actor-politician Vijay appears to be maintaining a cordial relationship with Prime Minister Narendra Modi and the Union government, and said this could help ensure that projects meant for Tamil Nadu arrive without delay.
On governance and resources, Anbumani called for the Central river-water management board to be strengthened. He also urged the state to build more check dams and implement measures to store river water and rainwater.
Referring to Vijay’s political phrasing, Anbumani said DMK is being described as an “evil force” and AIADMK as a “spent force”. He added that corruption allegations are surfacing across sectors, and argued that IAS officers must guide ministers who lack administrative understanding, while political interference in administration should be avoided.
