BJP spokesperson and Rajya Sabha MP Sudhanshu Trivedi on Tuesday alleged that opposition parties are conspiring with “foreign forces” to topple the Union government. He made the remarks while addressing the media in Delhi.
Trivedi claimed that certain “malicious forces” are actively engaged in misusing power for personal gain, creating divisions in society, and spreading hatred against India’s culture and religion. He said such forces do not want the country to progress.
Drawing an analogy, he said that as soon as one demand is met, another emerges, and argued that there is a “central point” behind multiple protests. According to him, the opposition is working in tandem with foreign elements and the public should recognise it.
He also referred to Shiv Sena (UBT) leader Sanjay Raut’s statement that “once Rahul returns from Vietnam, the government will change.” Trivedi questioned what information Raut had and alleged that “foreign forces” were behind such remarks.
