New Delhi: Amid continued opposition protests in Delhi, BJP Lok Sabha MP Nishikant Dubey launched a sharp attack on Congress leader and Leader of Opposition Rahul Gandhi, focusing on his reported trip to Vietnam.

Dubey alleged that Rahul Gandhi has maintained connections with “anti-national forces” and accused him of provoking people by playing with public sentiments. He further claimed that Rahul was working with certain “bad forces” based in the United States to mobilise against India’s democratic institutions.

The BJP MP also questioned Rahul Gandhi’s foreign travel record, stating that he had travelled abroad 270 times over the past 10 years. Dubey asked why Rahul went to Vietnam and whom he met during the visit.

He alleged that, under the cover of “agency” activities, the Congress party was conspiring with anti-national foreign forces to weaken national unity and integrity and to change the government.
