Anbumani Ramadoss has questioned whether actor Dhanush can run a political movement in a disciplined manner, referring to issues reportedly seen at a recent organisational programme.
According to the remarks, Dhanush is said to have arrived about four hours late for his women’s wing’s first conference. The comments also alleged that organisers did not make adequate arrangements for office-bearers who were caught in the rain.
Anbumani further claimed that male fans who came to the venue were driven away by Dhanush’s organisers, adding to concerns about how the movement would be managed.
The remarks have triggered discussion on the preparedness and organisational capacity needed to build and sustain a structured public movement.
