
Sengottaiyan alleges EPS sought CM post with Vijay’s backing
Allegations raised during campaign in Erode Speaking during election campaigning in Erode, TAVEK state committee chief coordinator Sengottaiyan made sharp allegations against AIADMK general secretary Edappadi K. Palaniswami (EPS). Sengottaiyan claimed that EPS planned to become chief minister with the support of actor-politician Vijay and “earn Rs 5,000 crore”. He said he had thwarted that plan. He further alleged that EPS was now “murderously” angry with him because of this, and described EPS as someone who has faced defeat “10 times”.
